I haven't forgotten about the ab challenge even though I feel like I'm doing a plethora of posts because of the Alphabet days :) Here is the second day, it is going to be awesome! It will take less than 10 minutes, but it's oh so effective!!!! Keep working hard!
Complete Routine 1 and repeat it a second time. Rest for a minute then start #2 and repeat that as well. Skinny Ms, explains that this type of a workout will continue to burn fat for 24 hours! AWESOME!
Here’s the breakdown for the circuits:
20 seconds for each exercise + 10 seconds rest = 30 seconds
30 x 8 = 240 seconds / 60 seconds = 4 minutes

Routine #1
Mountain Climbers – 20 seconds, plank position and run your knees up and down
Rest – 10 seconds
Sissors – 20 seconds, go into crunch position and raise your legs straight up, move your legs up and down in a scissor motion
Rest – 10 seconds
Knees In and Out – 20 seconds, contract knees and arms in, then spread both straight out, without touching the ground
Rest – 10 seconds
V-Ups – 20 seconds, bring your arms and legs straight up, touch hands to shins so you crunch, go back down.
Rest – 1 minute
