My name is Emily. I have a passion for healthy, natural foods and living a healthy lifestyle. I began this blog to share to those I care about most that it is possible to bring healthy living into your home even when you have little ones who you are just sure will never eat the "good" stuff! I wanted to help others understand how we ate and how we know that it works!

I was always a weight gainer and weight loser, but I was active so I hid it well. After I married my sweetie, I dropped the active lifestyle, but kept the diet! Not a good mix. After our first child was born I read a book called Eat to Live. I knew I wanted to have a healthy home for our children to grow up in. It's funny how much those little kiddos get you thinking straight! It was a life changing read.

I use natural, whole foods in our home. They are enjoyed and devoured! I want to share my passion with others looking for a new and healthy life! It can be done with picky eaters and with busy family life. I can help you see what it feels like to really feel healthy! I can help you see that your family can love healthy foods and can lead happier lives!
