It's a PARTY! Part 3- Super Duper Prize

Things are getting really exciting by now. I hope all of you have made your way over to our website to really learn about the book and what it is all about, this short Ebook will be a great addition to your digital library!

Well as we get closer to the GRAND PRIZE we have one more step...the SUPER DUPER prize! This one is fun and it will help you out when your mixing up delicious food for you, your roommates, or your family!

I love color, and these mixing bowls sure bring some color the meal! I'm also throwing in a set of wire wisks to put these mixing bowls to good use! Again these are brand new, I just wanted to show you how cute they were so I removed the wrapping~

One of the easiest ways to increase your health is to add more produce! I call it the produce revolution. These amazing foods (fruits and vegetables) are excellent defenses against disease! Add a green smoothie to your morning routine instead of cold cereal, eat cucumbers, grapes and carrot sticks instead processed crackers or granola bars! You get the idea! It will do wonders and you WILL feel a difference.
